- As vaccination patterns were revealed around the globe, I was painting this data based progression. It recounts my abstracted interpretation of the biased cure. The vibrant colors in the dark go back to my association with theatrical preoccupation of destiny determining fates based on social order.

- This layered work is based on the graphics of recent genetic studies of DNA matching between global populations. I am interested in following the fingerprints of the inevitable connections between people across the world. Sketching and combining these graphic network, I ponder on these overlooked similarities.

- Meditating on Nessa Carey’s Junk DNA, I am fascinated by the scenarios developing in the minute cells. I follow the theatrical motion of each cell employing an elaborate set of defenses in its duel with the virus. This plot lays out the struggle in which one of them will be eliminated.

- This work is part of a series based on reports on the distribution of the corona mutations across the world. Constructed from data published before vaccination, it delineates the spread at the moment when it was recognized as a global pandemic. The image contains clarity and ambiguity, invoking the seductive fascination that grappled the world as this realization materialized.
